The Administrator account in Windows 7

Since Windows Vista and now in Windows 7, the Administrator account is by default disable as a security measure. This is not a bad thing for people who don't know about the Administrator account, like back in Windows XP they forget to set a password, rendering their system vulnerable to attacks, but for those experienced users who need the account, this is how to enable it and even how to rename it, just to be safe!
