
This is a new feature available in Windows 7. Previous Windows versions only gave the option to set which program not to start, so if you had a user that wasn't allow to start a lot of programs it could get messy.
Now you can set exactly what the user can access. Say you want them to start only Notepad and Internet Explorer, or maybe Microsoft Word. This is a very useful option here.

Your computer can use up to 26 drive letters, from A through Z. Use drive letters C through Z for hard disk drives. Drive letters A and B are reserved for floppy disk drives. However, if your computer does not have a floppy disk drive, you can assign these letters to removable drives. It's very important that you DO NOT CHANGE THE LETTER OF THE DRIVE ON WHICH YOU SYSTEM IS INSTALLED!!!
